We have also developed our own website which drives numerous buyers to our listings.

3. Networking:

Our team has become the leader in our market. In other words, we’re well connected. We receive calls daily from other agents asking, “Do you have any new listings?” We also work within the community sponsoring various events and charitable organizations, which in turn, helps make your listing more visible. Also, because we have a network of top selling buyers agents on our team, many times we obtain a buyer interested in our listings.

4. Expert Negotiating:

We consider negotiation as an art form. Our job is to find out what the most important issues are for each buyer and find a way to bring both sides together for a fair and equitable transaction. Sometimes price is the key, other times it may be close date or some other issue. Our job is to discover what is driving the negotiation and capitalize on it. Part of our strategy is to gather multiple offers. This is not always an option, but staying in touch with agents who have brought clients to your home and calling every one of them when we get an offer sometimes help us get that second offer.
